Good Bye Philippines / Czas się pożegnać z Filipinami (8.05.2014)

Yesterday I returned to Manila in the evening once again the plane was late so I wasted whole day traveling and today I will fly to Bangkok.

Manila is really awful place the only great thing about it are jeepneys 

So It was great but time to say - Good Bye

Wczoraj wróciłem do Manili i ponieważ samoloty były spóźnione to straciłem na podróż cały dzień - dziś wylatuję do Bangkoku

Manila to straszne miejsce czytaj okropne, brzydkie itd, jedyna zacna rzecz tu to jeepneje 

No cóż czas się pożegnać - To Do Następnego 

Dagupan, The Philippines / Filipiny

I have met 2 Filipino guys when I was in Nepal and as it was just an hour away from Hundred Island we have gone there for a small reunion. Dagupan is a small town but it was difficult to find the hotel because of the local festival which happen to be there but what the friends are for. Well like in any small town everybody know almost everybody or know someone else who know the rest and all can be arranged and the hotel has been found :) 

Then we went for a dinner together - very nice one with a lot of excellent food. Then we have tested some local sweet staff of cause made of rice and then the coffee place

It was an wonderful evening - Thanks a lot for that guys

Next morning we had a breakfast / lunch together and we had to move on to catch our flights

W Nepalu spotkałem dwójkę filipińczyków i ponieważ mieszkali niedaleko wiec postanowiliśmy ich odwiedzić. Dugapan to małe miasteczko i nie mogliśmy znaleźć hotelu szczególnie że odbywał się lokalny festiwal no ale po co ma się przyjaciół. Jak to w małym miasteczku wszyscy znają prawie wszystkich albo kogoś kto zna resztę i tym sposobem znalazł się dla nas hotel

A wieczorem zjedliśmy razem kolację mnóstwo pysznego żarła lokalne specjały, po kolacji testowaliśmy lokalne słodycze oczywiście zrobione z ryży a potem kawunia

Super wieczór - Wielkie dzięki

Następnego dnia zjedliśmy jeszcze śniadanie / lunch i musieliśmy ruszać w drogę aby zdążyć na nasze samoloty

Hundred Islands National Park, The Philippines

After San Fernando we have gone  to the Hundred Island National Park which is north east part of Luzon. As we could not get a reasonable priced car due to the holly week we just use the public transport and this was fun and it was not much slower then the car. So the first was tricycle, then the Jeepney, then the bus then tricycle again and after few hours we got there. I have found just the spot using Google  maps as nothing else seems to be available and we got the place. Well when we got there it was much better then I expected. We got the bamboo hut beach front, bathroom was shared but we were there almost alone. They did not have regular restaurant but they have been taking our order for the days to come and prepare the food - serving it either in the main place or in the sitting area by our hut.

There were a lot of Filipinos in this place coming for a holidays fun and the karaoke was there 24/7. Not much of future Idols stars but interesting for few hours but wake up at 6 by the karaoke beginner singer less fun :)

This place was about the island so we got a bout and went to see and enjoy the beaches

Po San Fernando pojechaliśmy do parku narodowego - 100 wysp który jest na północnym wschodzie Luzonu. Ze względu na wielki tydzień nie udało nam się wynegocjować przyzwoitej ceny za samochód wiec skorzystaliśmy z transportu publicznego. Wiec na początek był trzykołowiec potem Jeepney potem autobus a znowu trzykołowiec i ostatecznie dojechaliśmy prawie tak samo jakbyśmy to zrobili samochodem, Po drodze znalazłem na google mapie miejscówkę na plaży i udało nam się tam dostać miejsce. Jak już tam dotarliśmy to okazało się ono lepsze niż się spodziewałem. Dostaliśmy bambusową chatkę na plaży z widokiem na morze, wprawdzie łazienki były wspólne ale byliśmy tam prawie sami.

Chłopaki nie mieli tam takiej typowej restauracji wiec brali zamówienia i przygotowywali nam jedzonko a serwowali je albo w głównym ośrodku albo przed naszą chatką

Na tej plaży było mnóstwo Filipińczyków, którzy tam spędzali święta no i karaoke  non stop. Śpiewać uwielbiają ale Idolami to pewnie nie zostaną a jak jeszcze budzą cie o poranku swoim śpiewaniem to już nie tak zabawne

Skoro już byliśmy w parku 100 wysp więc wynajęliśmy łódkę aby pozwiedzać i nacieszyć się plażami

San Fernando, The Philippines / Filipiny - Holly Friday / Wielki Piątek

I scheduled my travel the way to be in the Philippines during the Holly Friday to see the crucifixion ceremony. So after Taal volcano we got to San Fernando where it takes place. When we got there we have released our driver and stay overnight close to the place. We tried to get some more information about it but no one in the hotel could tell us much. So I went to check with the other guest - and we got a bit more info. Next day during the breakfast the guys I have talked night before propose to take us there with their group. And this group was really fantastic. There was a Filipino girl who merry the Indonesian guys and with other family and friends came to see the celebration. They took care of us like their own - share food with us, give us the VIP entrance for the replying and had been awesome company to us. They really make this day even more special to us - hard to say how grateful we have been. And the ceremony itself was incredible - the most shocking I guess were the guys who has been flogging themselves with their back in blood and there were many of them walking along the streets and also taking the final path up to the crosses standing up the hill leaving their crown of thorns on the cross as the final step. 

First it was replaying of the way of the Cross and then the actual crucifixion  took place. There were about 15 people crucified including one who looked  European.

Amazing was that during replaying when the Christ died the clouds cover the sun - seriously and we also had a small tornado which blow the tent in VIP area and get some small staff in the air - kind of like in the Bible 

Additional amazing thing was that they had drones which has been flying over the place during the ceremony and recording the whole event - incredible

Tak planowałem mój wyjazd na Filipiny aby zobaczyć  drogę krzyżową oraz ukrzyżowanie w wielki piątek. Wiec po wulkanie przyjechaliśmy do San Fernando gdzie to się odbywa. Pożegnaliśmy naszego kierowcę ulokowaliśmy się w hotelu  i próbowaliśmy zasięgnąć języka ale nie wiele nam w hotelu powiedzieli wiec poszedłem przepytać gości i coś tam się dowiedziałem przynajmniej gdzie i o której najlepiej tam pojechać.Następnego ranka podczas śniadania ci ludzie z którymi rozmawiałem zaproponowali byśmy dołączyli do ich grupy. A grupa była naprawdę zacna, Filipinka wyszła za mąż za Indonezyjczyka i przyjechali tu tak z rodzinką i znajomymi też na wielki piątek. No i nie tylko nas podwieźli ale także się nami zaopiekowali jak swoimi, nakarmili - byli zacnie przygotowani, dali schronienie przed słońcem i do tego dali nam wejściówki vipowskie coby nam się dobrze oglądało. Byli nie tylko super gospodarzami ale także wspaniałym towarzystwem - no szacun wielki szacun

A całe uroczystości niezwykłe - najbardziej szokujący byli ci potnicy którzy się biczowali, krew się lała strumieniami no wyglądało to poważnie. Spacerowali oni ulicami i kończyli droga do krzyży które były ustawione na wzniesieniu gdzie składali swoje korony cierniowe na krzyżu.

Potem była odegrana cała droga krzyżowa a po niej około 15 osób zostało ukrzyżowanych w tym jeden europejczyk przynajmniej tak wyglądał

Niezwykłe było też to że podczas odgrywania drogi krzyżowej mieliśmy małe tornado które przesunęło namiot w rejonie vipowskim i poniosło w powietrze trochę rożnych śmieci piachu itd a gdy krzyżowali  Chrystusa to zaszły chmury - no jak w Bibli - i to nie żart

Dodatkowo niezwykłe było to że podczas przedstawienia nad wzgórzem latały małe drony i nagrywały całe wydarzenie - niemożebne
